What We Provide
We offer a safe, supportive and confidential space for adults and young people (aged 11+), to explore what they’re experiencing and make sense of what may be difficult to navigate alone.
Our therapists tailor each session to every individual; we take time to understand you, what has brought you to counselling, and what you would like to work towards.
Therapy can provide an opportunity to pause, reflect and understand yourself more deeply, process difficult experiences and emotions, develop new ways of coping, and make meaningful changes in your life.
Whether you’re facing a particular challenge or finding things difficult to make sense of, therapy offers a space to explore what’s going on and begin to understand what you need.
